This is a small non-funcationally changing update that allows the user to obscure small numbers in risk tables, cumulative event and cumulative censoring tables (with the option or leaving 0 to be printed).
The reason this is necessary is sometimes these functions are used in sensitive cases where patient identifiability must be avoided, therefore this functionality helps to reduce this risk by obscuring small numbers from view.
